We are actively purchasing claims today

If your company received payments from customers using either Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards between January 2004 to January 2019, then you are entitled to make a claim in the Payment Card Interchange Fee and Merchant Discount Antitrust Litigation Class Action lawsuit.

We can help file your claim now, free of charge, if you have not already done so.

Once filed, we can make an offer to purchase your claim for an immediate payout.

We are finding that the majority of businesses we are speaking to are not aware of their claim and so have not filed it correctly. Failure to do so means foregoing your share of any future settlement proceeds.

About The Card Interchange Fee Class Action

The Visa / Mastercard Interchange Class Action relates to a Class Action lawsuit filed in the New York District Court.

The plaintiffs in this Class Action are all businesses that accepted Visa-Branded and/or Mastercard-Branded card payments in the United States between January 1, 2004 and January 25, 2019.

The defendants are Visa, Mastercard and their issuing banks.

The plaintiffs have alleged that the Interchange fees attributed to these transactions were wrongfully inflated. The defendants maintain that they have done nothing wrong, and that their business practices are legal.

If your business qualifies as a plaintiff, you will have a claim on any final settlement, based on the amount of Interchange Fees you paid during the period mentioned above.
